Le Balafon - Les Filaos
Le Balafon offers buffet-style dining with show cooking and snacks.
Guests of Le Saly are welcome, subject to availability and booking.
Buffet breakfast: 7:00 am to 10:00 am.
Lunch: 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
Dinner: 7:30pm to 9:30pm.
Bar "Le Balafon" is open from 09:00 to 23:00.
Theme evenings: Italian, Senegalese, Oriental, around the world, Creole, country, barbecue...

Lunch: from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Bar "Niokolo" is open from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. + à la carte service at extra charge.

NEW for 2024: the Effet Mer beach restaurant, open outside the winter season, is open to hotel and out-of-town guests - not included in the all-inclusive price. The "Langoustes & Camaron" evening is offered once or twice a week (by reservation only), with a supplement (approx. €40/pers.).
